Whether you're looking to host a small-intimate gathering, or planning a big ol’ party, we have the space for you!
What space do you recommend?
If you’re looking for something smaller and more intimate (think meetings or small parties), then the Gathering Room is perfect for you! Wanting to host something bigger (think bridal, baby showers, surprise party, etc.)? We would recommend renting the full space!
Can I bring outside food or drinks in?
Yes! We have no restrictions on this, just that you don’t leave any food or drinks behind.
Can I decorate for my event?
Yes! Feel free to make it personal to your particular event. Many clients have brought in balloon arches (let us know if you need a rec!), moved tables around, hung banners, etc. Glitter is discouraged just because it’s so super hard to clean up.
How do I reserve the space?
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due at the end of the event. Once we agree on the time and day, I will email you an invoice through our point of sale - Square - and you can pay it online.

I want my guests to be able to buy drinks. How do I do that?
If you want a barista on site making you drinks we have a $50/hr minimum. This covers the cost of our labor and goods. You can do an open tab where guests are just able to order however many and whatever they want and you pay at the end of the event or you can offer them drink tickets so they only can get one drink per event but either way it's a $50/hr minimum.
What is the occupancy of the building?
The max occupancy at Hattie's is 49 and that includes our staff on site working.
Can we use your fridge or sink?
Of course!
Do you have any caterers that you recommend?
We love supporting other local businesses in the legacy core (the historic part of Whitestown) and recommend Moontown Brewery and L.A. Cafe. We can also order ahead from our two wholesale bakeries Debbie's Daughters & Boone County Cake Co. to have them provide baked goods for your event.
