Whether you're wondering about our menu, where to park, or if your furry friend can join you, we've got you covered with this handy list of questions we hear quite often along with their answers. So, go on and explore away, this section is here to help you feel more at home with us.
Can you sit upstairs?
We have one conference room upstairs for overflow seating, as well as a second bathroom. We have a farmhouse table up there that can seat 12, so feel free to use the space if it hasn't been rented out. To utilize the upstairs room for private use however you must reserve the space ahead of time for $25/hr.
Do you have a bike rack?
Yes we have a bike rack! Located at the front of the house underneath our string light patio.
Are dogs allowed?
We love dogs! If they're on a leash you're welcome to bring them inside to order but then we kindly ask that you utilize our outdoor seating with your furry friends. We have a water dog bowl out for you and complimentary pup cups are available!
Where do I park?
Parking is limited at Hattie’s for now! Whitestown's ordinances have a minimum and maximum amount of parking for businesses, which means we are allowed 16 spots based on the square footage of our business and the variance we were given from the Board of Zoning Appeals.
Please do not park in our entrance or exit driveways so that we're not causing any issues with getting in or out at Hattie's. Thank you so much for visiting us! Neighboring communities have street parking. If you do choose to park in a close by neighborhood please DO NOT block driveways & please be mindful of not parking in front of model homes! Public parking is available in the Legacy Core (our downtown). This is about a 5 minute walk from our coffee house.
Do you carry baked goods?
Monday evenings we get an assortment of Cheesecakes from the Cheesecake Lady Indy. Check in Tuesday - Saturday for these in our grab n go fridge.
Wednesday and Friday mornings we pick up our orders from Debbie's Daughters Bakery in Noblesville. Check in after 10 on Wednesdays for Scones, Muffins, & Cinnamon Rolls. We try to order enough to not sell out or have to waste any so depending on how close we get it right you'll be able to order these items Wednesday (after 10)-Saturday.
Do you have gluten free menu items?
We are continually working on our food menu offerings but for now we have a limited amount of gluten free options. Our overnight oats and monster cookies are both gluten free and we do carry some prepackaged GF options.
